Q: Can I stream on two devices at the same time on one subscription?
A: No, you can’t Multi stream on the same sub,your account can get auto blocked.However you can ask for a extra connection for an additional fee.
Q: How much bandwidth does the stream use?
A: Our streams use the latest H264 technology a 16 Mbit minimum internet connection speed is required, 30 Mbit for HD streams.
Q: What kind of devices can i use to watch online streams ?

Q: The channels work in VLC Player, but does not work in SIPTV App?
A: If you have webOS or Tizen TVs and your streams are multicast, the UDP to HTTP function has to be turned on in app’s settings and to be set up on your router.
Q: Sometimes when I watch a video on demand it keeps buffering,why ?
A: Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed, high internet traffic . If you experience buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time this trick will avoid buffering .
Q: I’m facing buffering issues with live streaming,Why ?
A: First, check your internet connection and restart your router also check the device’s settings where you use your CloudsPal subscription. If you still have issues, that indicates your ISP is blocking the streaming traffic. Also using wifi can cause some streams to buffer, we always recommend (LAN CONNECTION) Ethernet cable connection where internet speed is more stable,If not possible, try moving the box closer to the router. Change your WI-FI channel to avoid interference with nearby devices. If you keep experiencing buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time that helps.
